What I did when I was feeling down...

When some people are feeling down they have many way to cheer them up such as listening to music, Smoking, vaporizing. Some did and says Chocolates have endorphins which is produced by the body that makes people happy. This is why many people see women eat more chocolate than men. This is one solution. Another is your stress level. exercise can reduce the level of stress you are under and relax the body as well as promote good health. You can always find something that you enjoy or makes you happy. Invest your time in it and you may find that hobby turn into something more. Also if you feel down start writing down your feelings. Sometimes you can resolve your own matters when you have them right in front of you on paper.

Well...What I did, I usually PRAY for STRENGTH and GUIDANCE to shake the feelings off. I listen to the upbeat music (or religious song as well).I try to think how blessed I am for what I have. I also find that if I pray for the people that are really down and out, I feel that maybe I'd be helping them and forget my own problems. And thank God, I feel better feel Blessed. ...I feel....Good......lalalala.. :)

If you feel down and lonely, you are welcome to listen to this song. May God bless You all..

Thank You Lord Jesus. We believe in Your Miracle.

A 1 Malaysia

Joke for you!! (Joke of the day)

I got an email from friend today and I thought wanna share these short joke with all of you, dear readers.... Enjoy!

Ha ha ha ha..

An Indian, a Chinese and a Malay were in a terrible car accident. They were all brought to the same emergency room, but all of them died before they arrived.

Just as they were about to put the toe tag on the Chinese, he stirred and opened his eyes. Astonished, the doctors and nurses present, asked him what happened.

"Well," said the Chinese, "I remember the crash, and then there was a beautiful light, and then the Indian and the Malay and I were standing at the gates of heaven. An Angel approached us and said that we were too young to die, and that for a donation of RM500, we could return to earth. So, of course I pulled out my wallet and gave him the RM500 and the next thing I knew I was back here."

"That's amazing!" said one of the doctors. "But what happened to the other two?"

"Last I saw them" replied the Chinese, "The Indian was bargaining over the price, and the Malay was waiting for the government to pay for him."

What I was doing last Sunday with Pearl Crystals

I have way too much free time last Sunday. Came back from Sunday service at church, me and my family went to Market-here in Bintulu (used to called it "Pasar Tamu"), to catch some food for our empty stomach.Oooh~~starving~~~. Hurry up going home soon, need to prepare some "kampung dishes" today. Yay!! makan ramai2 jum makan sayur bandung masak lemak..hehe. Thank God..Finished our lunch...Relaxed while watching movie at home..Suddenly, something appeared on my mind! Guess what?? I was thinking, I need a new hobby. It has to be cheap, fun and easy to learn. So, I made a simple homemade crystal plant at home. It was a simple thing i did but something like ~whooo~ in the end. Just like a magic. Just soak crystals in water and for sure it will brighten up your plants! I asked my brother where to buy the Pearl Crystals. He reminded me for one shop nearby our house. We went to that shop and bought 2 packets of Pearl Crystals in two different colour which is Romantic Blue and Fresh Green. I decided to try two colour for first time. If it works then decide to buy another colour. What I need to do next..With exited mode, I took a clean unused drinking glass and an empty wine bottle (this is usable from recycle stuffs) which is full of beautiful design, two packets of Pearl Crystals cost RM3.90 and green plants (or flower can do).

Here's the steps/ direction to brighten up your plants. All you need to do is:

Step 1 = Pour pearl crystals into water ( In the vase)

Step 2 = Add water (Ratio5g:1 Litre water) Allow crystals to soak for 12 hours

Step 3 = After 12 hours, Drain out excess water

Step 4 = Place plant in the vase

The picture shows the crystals after 15minutes in water.

Awaiting patiently...the pearl crystals is becoming more bigger...soon...just wait

Now, can't you see the pearl crystals? After 12hours

ooooh..It's daddy's Franzia wine empty bottle! sshhh~~

House Assessment

Today, I went out from office for house assessment. I've got to look for new house to rent for our staff whom will be stayed at Bintulu for some reasons. They are mostly from West Malaysian and some of them seemed happy and enjoy staying in Bintulu but some doesn't. Well.. It's just maybe they don't get used to our cultures. (Just say maybe)..Yalah, everybody knows Bintulu is just a small town, not so much shopping complex or mall in Bintulu (new shopping complex - coming soon), the places to hang out and etc... Yet somehow, I do really...really love Bintulu and I rather like to stay here in this place as it's a kinda beautiful and "A very peaceful" place I've ever been. Even if you want to out to pay your bills or make a visit to your pals and family member or out for shopping perhaps, it doesn't cost you much to spend your hours for that and most important thing is your fuel is save! heheee.. I'm so lucky that my work place is just nearby my house, it takes 5 minutes drive to get there. The precious moment I love being in here is I love the Panorama and the Atmosphere. It makes me wanna go whooohooo to steal and capture the beautiful scenery of God's creation. I kinda love the nature photography! that's all the matter. ;-)

Precious Gift ~ New Born Baby Joyce

Happy!! Happy!! Yippie!!! :D

That smell! That sounds! The way it feels to hold a new baby in your arms. There is nothing quite like life with a newborn. While there are many moments of pure wonder and delight, there are just as many moments of fear and anxiety. The day you have been anxiously awaiting has arrived. The beautiful new baby is carefully swaddled in a blanket and handed to you to hold and caress. As any parent would, you meticulously go over every inch of your baby. Perhaps you see a striking resemblance to Grandpa's nose. Or maybe your baby has your great aunt's black shiny hair. Of course, you'll count fingers and toes and remark how beautiful they are. Everything seems to be perfect. Your baby is the most beautiful child in the world!

I am not a mom, but I've had a lot of cute moments/funny moments with my cousins, nephew's and niece's. And again I'm so happy today as we received a Precious Gift from Above... The new baby girl was born on Sunday, at 2am~05th October 2009, with weight 3.3kg. As God's gift, we named her Joyce Myer Paul. The cute baby of my sister Seliyah and his hubby Paul. Yay!! Another grandchild/ niece in my big family. Thank God for Your gift. :)

Here are some pictures for sharing. Enjoy the pictures ya. ;-)

Precious Moments in God's Creation

So what is it about nature study with my family that is so amazing? Is it the smell of the fresh air or newly bloomed flowers in the spring? Or perhaps the peacefulness of the birds chirping in the trees or flying overhead? Yes, it's definitely those things. But there is one thing that stands above any other...the precious moments that my family and I have together connecting to one another and to our Heavenly Creator.

Since starting to take regular time to be in the great outdoors together, and indoor studying about nature topics, I am overwhelmingly amazed each day at the wonderful experiences and learning opportunities that we have. Opportunities that have nurtured my personal relationship with my family, and deepened our relationship and understanding of the Creator of all.

Precious moments spent learning about His creation seem to naturally create lessons teaching of His great love for us and His great Truths about life. I can't even begin to tell you how many wonderful life changing conversations that my family and I have had while looking at something as simple as a wee little flower, or listening to the sound of a crow cawing in the distance. And outdoor moments.

For this is God's promise:

The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands. Day after day they pour forth speech; night after night they display knowledge. There is no speech or language where their voice is not heard. ~Psalm 19:1-3

Enjoy the pictures..

Baby Job and Mommy...Walking away :D

The kids enjoyed their outdoor season for sure. ~wink*wink*~

Just to let you know,.. I kinda love beaches!

The tide recedes, but leaves behind bright seashells on the sand... The sun goes down, but gentle warmth still lingers on the land.. The music stops, yet echoes on in sweet, soulful refrains... For every joy that passes, something beautiful remains.

Collecting Seashells is my hobby. I kinda Love it! ;-) [wish to collect more and more soon!] hehe

What a great way to spend time with my family or friends or my loved one, for next season. (oohh..baby, wish you were here...Missing you!) ~sigh~~...Well, collecting treasures from the local beach is fun! My family, my cousins and aunt love the beach. We find our favorite spot close to the water. If we have spare times we spend hours going out for picnic, building our designer sand castles and we need the ocean. [Will update/ post the pictures for picnic and beaches soon ;-)]. My little cousin and nephew love their creative style of sand castles. We pile the sand as high as we dare! hehe.. (smiling). Later, we collect our pails and take our stroll down the beach. For our great hunt for seashells. One of the treasures of the sea. We return to add some of the seashells to the castles. That's when picture time begins, all the kids standing or sitting by their favorite castles with their smiles and poses. With Great tans and a little burn. ~What a fun~! :D

....With happiness and stillness? You will only truely appreciate it after you've been in the dark. Then you will have true joy and serenity....

So Blessed

At this moment, I feel so blessed..
I give thanks above for all of my rest..
It's such a joyous time to be in the now.
I have to lower my head down and bow.

I feel joy, I feel peace..
I want love to always be inside of me.
I feel harmony, I feel holidays.
Please let this feeling stay with me always..

I Am so Blessed! :)

Sometimes I wonder if life is really worth it, then I look at your smile and I know it is. :)

I Missed You Baby "D'du"!!!

Today I thought about you
and I realized something.
I felt like a part of me was missing,
and I discovered it was you.

We're so comfortable around each other,
and we don't have to think about
what we say, or how we say it.
I missed that today. I missed you.

I thought of the times when we
kicked back, shared our dreams, our hopes,
and plans ~ and you really listened.
I missed that today. I missed you.

Remembering your smile,
and how you made me smile ~
created a smile.
I love how being just who we are is enough.
I missed that today. I missed you.

And so, as you go through your busy day,
and I go through mine,
please know that you often cross my mind,
and I missed you today. I missed you baby "D'du".......

"Think of me when you are dreaming and know I'm wide awake thinking of you..."

Happiness is like a Butterfly..... ;-)

This is so beautiful...
Happiness is like a butterfly which, when pursued, is always beyond our grasp, but, if you will sit down quietly, may alight upon you. Pleasure is spread through the earth. In stray gifts to be claimed by whoever shall find. There is only one cause of unhappiness: the false beliefs you have in your head, beliefs so widespread, so commonly held, that it never occurs to you to question them. It’s afterwards you realize that the feeling of happiness you had with a man didn’t necessarily prove that you loved him. Most folks are about as happy as they make up their minds to be. This is my depressed stance. When you’re depressed, it makes a lot of difference how you stand. The worst thing you can do is straighten up and hold your head high because then you’ll start to feel better. If you’re going to get any joy out of being depressed, you’ve got to stand like this. We must laugh before we are happy, for fear of dying without having laughed at all. It is not easy to find happiness in ourselves, and it is not possible to find it elsewhere. Tranquil pleasures last the longest; we are not fitted to bear the burden of great joys.

Here's a little song I wrote
You might want to sing it note for note
Don't worry, be happy.
In every life we have some trouble
But when you worry you make it double
Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy now.

CHORUS:
Don't worry, be happy. Don't worry, be happy.
Don't worry, be happy. Don't worry, be happy.

Ain't got no place to lay your head
Somebody came and took your bed
Don't worry, be happy.
The landlord say your rent is late
He may have to investigate
Don't worry, be happy.

CHORUS:
(Look at me -- I'm happy. Don't worry, be happy.
Here I give you my phone number. When you worry, call me,
I make you happy. Don't worry, be happy.)

Ain't got no cash, ain't got no style
Ain't got no gal to make you smile
Don't worry, be happy.
'Cause when you worry your face will frown
And that will bring everybody down
Don't worry, be happy.

~ Bobby McFerrin
